The pickup was a little bit late and we had to wait a bit longer till the ship took off. First we went with the semi-submarine which was amazing. After this we changed to a jacht where the tour guide introduced the programme of the day. We had a bigger group and several tour guides even professional photographers, who made amazing pictures that we could buy after the trip. The snorkelling was amazing it is really worth trying. 5 minutes massage and lunch was included. We can only recommend this trip.

The entire experience was appalling. We booked an 11:30 am start, only to get a text at 11 pm the night before saying pickup would be 7:30 am. With four young kids and two elderly people, that was impossible. Despite informing them, the driver still arrived early. After calling a manager, a 9:30 am pickup was arranged — in a six-seater for ten people. Because of the “mix-up”, we missed the submarine tour and were shoved onto a boat instead. The ad promised a bar and drinks, but we got soft drinks in plastic cups, no water, and were charged €2–6 for drinks on the island, talk about cornering the market! My elderly father became sick, and the crew had no medical protocol — just a random passenger claiming to be a doctor. Only Aboud (Oscar) showed genuine care, offering a later submarine tour but was stopped by his manager. The best part was two hours on the beach. The trip was false advertising and mismanaged; we request a refund for the missed portion.

Avis négatif – Mauvaise expérience lors du retour L’excursion en elle-même était correcte, mais le retour s’est très mal déroulé. Le chauffeur chargé de nous ramener à notre hôtel à El Gouna a été bloqué au checkpoint de la ville, son véhicule étant interdit d’accès. Nous avons dû attendre environ 30 minutes sur place, sans explication claire. Il nous a ensuite dit qu’il faisait venir un Uber pour le dernier tronçon (environ 9 minutes), mais à notre grande surprise, à la fin de la course, le chauffeur Uber nous a demandé de payer 220 livres supplémentaires. Après une négociation tendue et un ton agressif, nous avons finalement payé 200 livres (soit 4 fois le prix !) pour un trajet censé être inclus dans le prix de l’excursion. Très déçus par cette gestion et ce manque de professionnalisme. Souhaites-tu que je te reformule
