Es hat alles geklappt, jedoch mussten wir etwas warten, obwohl wir es vorgebucht haben tageweise. Am Abend mit Kids etwas anstrengend gewesen. Trotzdem kann so etwas vorkommen, es war angenehm.

Great communication, arrived on time. We were able to leave the hotel later than the laid on transfer and so managed to have dinner before departing thus avoiding extortionate airport prices so pretty much paid for itself

Our driver (Abdul) met as just outside arrivals. He was polite and professional. We had a large, clean minibus for four adults and four large cases. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was quick and safe. Would highly recommend.

there was no guide for us as we were going back to the airport. the driver can probably give a heads up message that he is coming at least 30min before pick up time.

Maged was really helpful and responsive. We arrived a little earlier to the airport the car wasn’t ready, it was a little miscommunication with the people waiting at the airport but after that all smooth. 5 stars for the driver so friendly and communicative.
