My stay was truly exceptional, and what stood out the most was the people. From the very first interaction with the reservations team to what I can confidently say was one of the best check-in experiences I’ve had, the level of professionalism and warmth was remarkable. The consistency across all departments—Food & Beverage, housekeeping, recreation, and even the executive chef—was beyond impressive. Every team member was helpful, attentive, and genuinely committed to delivering a personalized experience. What makes this hotel unique is how the staff treat you—not as a guest, but as a homeowner. That level of care reflects strong leadership, excellent training, and a deep-rooted culture of hospitality. The service consistency is rare and speaks volumes about the management behind it. It’s clear that there is great leadership guiding such an outstanding team. While I won’t go into detail about the architecture, it is truly a masterpiece and makes you curious about the designer behind it. The hotel is very well maintained; however, with some thoughtful renovations—without altering its core identity—it has the potential to become one of the best resorts in the region. I also appreciated how even minor comments were handled with great care and turned into opportunities to enhance the experience. This level of responsiveness makes a real difference and leaves a lasting impression. Finally, the diving experience was amazing—highly professional and very well organized.

We had a late lunch, last Thursday my wife and our son the three of us. We had pizza, pasta and escalope milanese (breaded veal) as well as a burrata salad, which were all good. My wife also had the apple crumble which she enjoyed. The Italian lady owner Rita as usual passes by each table to inquire about meal satisfaction & shares a few words. We enjoyed it as the previous times. Recommended.

Room was ok on first appearance then started noticing stuff wasn’t working Kettle , lights . Very dated no usb charger anywhere in hotel not even the port in the tv . The food was terrible as was the beer and dpirits . They cut your all inc band off when you check out so if your flights late you gotta pay for drinks and food . Staff were pretty good . They engaged but always looking for a kick back

I had a fantastic 3-day stay in Hurghada. Everything was well organized, the hotel was great, clean, and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Alex, my guide, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and always available whenever I needed anything. He really made the trip smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Egypt!

The hotel was fantastic, the food delicious, ate in a la carte's which i would recommend, the grounds were very well maintained and scrupulously clean, terrific value for money, staff very helpful and attentive, special mention to Abdelhady Ali who was a credit to the hotel, I would not hesitate in rebooking for next year

We booked directly with Hvezda Travel Agency Egypt for a fly trip to Cairo, expecting a smooth and reliable experience. What we got instead was a series of major failures, poor communication, and what feels like outright misleading practices. This company has left us out of pocket and extremely frustrated. Our outbound flight to Cairo was delayed by 6 hours with no proper explanation or support from Hvezda. Then, on the return leg, our flight was outright cancelled. Instead of arranging proper alternative transport or accommodation, we were forced to endure an exhausting 8-hour bus journey back to Hurghada in the middle of the night. Hvezda promised a refund for the disrupted flight and related costs, but months later (as of March 2026), nothing has been paid. Every email we've sent since has been completely ignored—no replies, no updates, no resolution. This alone makes it feel like a 100% scam operation. The problems didn't stop there. We also experienced issues on the Nile cruise portion of our Egypt holiday (booked via their services). The advertised MS King Tut cruise was substituted without warning for the inferior MS Malaga—a mostly Spanish-speaking ship that felt mismatched and lower quality. We only found out upon boarding via the drinks menu. The guide claimed the King Tut was booked by locals, but we saw the actual King Tut pass us twice—it looked larger, faster, and far superior. This led to late arrivals at temples, some viewed in darkness. We paid extra for a superior cabin on the 2nd or 3rd floor to accommodate my wife's severe anxiety about being near the water, but we were downgraded to a ground-level room. She was so distressed she could barely step inside and had to keep curtains drawn the whole time—reception claimed the ship was full and nothing could be done. After a 10-hour travel day to Hurghada, we waited 45-60 minutes in the lobby because our room supposedly hadn't been paid for. Excursions included prolonged mandatory stops at papyrus, alabaster, and perfume shops (about 1 hour each, on different days) with high-pressure sales and inflated prices—clearly commission-driven rather than enriching experiences. There was also a mandatory £35 per person gratuity plus constant staff tipping demands. Hvezda's handling has been abysmal: no accountability, broken refund promises, ignored communications, and repeated downgrades that ruined what should have been a dream holiday. We've seen similar complaints from other travelers about ship changes, overbookings, and unfulfilled refunds. I strongly advise avoiding Hvezda Travel Agency Egypt entirely—save your money and book with a more reputable operator. This experience has cost us time, stress, and money with zero resolution in sight. 1/5 stars

An amazing desert safari experience in Hurghada! The trip was perfectly organized, the guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the whole team was professional. Riding the quad and buggy through the desert was so exciting, and the sunset view in the desert was absolutely beautiful. The Bedouin camp was a nice cultural touch and everyone was very welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hurghada. Thank you for this unforgettable adventure

Oh my God.. where do I begin?! The cocktails.. don’t by a true mixologist. Great measures and tantalised my taste buds, as well as my husband’s. And the food?! Have the skewers and mashed potato - out of this world! A gastronomic orgasm! If you come to Hurghada, come here. Music and vibes are epic, and the staff/hospitality? Second to none!

I stayed 3 nights here before joining my Nile Cruise. I recommend Dunes restaurant for breakfast as they do lovely omelettes. I had most of my other meals at Aurora, buffet style like Dunes but a smaller venue. My room was massive and spotlessly clean. 4 bottles of water are popped in the mini fridge every day, it's a dry heat so that was very welcome. The hotel has everything you could wish for. There's ATM's near Reception and you can book taxis near the ATM's as well. I took a taxi to Senzo Mall to go to Spinneys supermarket there. The round trip was £8. It's about a 20 minute drive, so that price was brilliant. You book your return time, all very easy and safe - much appreciated as I'm a solo traveller on this trip. The gardens are beautiful, staff spend a lot of time keeping them that way. I can't comment on the pool as I didn't use it. Same goes for alcoholic drinks, I didn't try those. The Resort is big, so bring comfy shoes. It was my 60th birthday while I was there. My bed was decorated with a cake made from towels and flower petals and they'd put a massive birthday cake in my room as well. Nothing was ever too much trouble and all the staff are consistently helpful and nice.

Have stayed in Egypt before at the Titanic aqua resort and had a fantastic time. The jasmine palace was nice but not as nice. Food was terrible, not a great variety. Entertainment was non existent. Rooms were lovely and clean, some bar staff very miserable and unapproachable. Alcohol was like poison and pools were freezing even though they’re heated.
Yes, but you must be at least 16 years old to drive a quad alone.
Yes. Children aged 5 to 15 years can ride together with an adult, and the adult is fully responsible for the child.
A camel ride is available during the visit to the Bedouin village.
