Our tour guide in Luxor, Aladdin, was great. He provide great information everywhere we went, was great with our kids, took pictures for us, and was just a friendly person. Our tour guide for Giza, Magdy, was also great and informative. Took many pictures for us and gave us an experience we will never forget. All the personal drivers were safe and got us to our destinations in a timely manor. We never had to wait for any of them. The best experience we had was on the Hapi 5 cruise ship. Mahmoud on the staff made our trip unforgettable and was the best person we met in Egypt. Played with our kids, gave us great information, and treated us like family. He will be missed by our whole family. The rest of the staff on the Hapi 5 was very friendly we enjoyed our time on the cruise ship very much.

Todo un desastre desde el primer día. Casi ni vimos las pirámides y eso que pagamos el ticket, no hubo paseo en camello ( incluido en el tour ofrecido); la visita del museo fue la más rápida de la historia y comimos en el carro con las manos. Ya en el crucero perdimos el paseo en el globo sin razón alguna porque otras personas del mismo grupo lo hicieron ( también incluido en el tour), no hubo paseo en la Falucca ( incluido en el tour). Perdimos el paseo an Abu Simbel porque la agencia quería mandarnos en bus de regreso al Cairo. Toda la visita a los templos fueron rápidas, mal explicadas porque los guías no hablaban bien inglés. No vimos a los Colosos, demasiada espera, desorganización, mala comunicación, abuso y falta de respeto hacia nosotros los turistas. Fue un Tour de 8 días de mucho estrés y eran mis vacaciones. Terrible NO LO RECOMIENDO!

This was a truly magical experience. From start to finish, you’re completely taken care of. Mohraiel was my coordinator, she sent me each day’s itinerary and made sure everything ran smoothly, and she did a great job. The agenda for the week is packed with lots of amazing experiences, you basically see the whole of Egypt in 8 days from North to South. You start out in Cairo with the great pyramids, then south to the beach, then the Nile cruise with stops at ruins and the amazing balloon ride, then back north to Alexandria. Egypt can be a frustrating and illogical place, but if you keep an open mind, you can also see its magic. I feel really privileged to have been able to see so many truly amazing sights and meet so many cool people, local and foreign. This tour curates a variety of individual and group tours so that you get personalized attention but you also get to meet locals and other travelers. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone coming to Egypt for the first time!
